The new LJ.DRT collator/loader features dual racetrack product collation with a servo infeed and pick-and-place robotic loading that affords running speeds at up to 600 parts/min. The reportedly high-performing and flexible machine can handle a wide range of product sizes and cartons up to 700 mm long, yet changeovers can take less than 5 min.
